Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹2,500. Shipping charges for orders below ₹2,500 will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your delivery in real time.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@luxeheavenly.in with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Delays Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
International Shipping We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
